These terms apply to orders placed on iriejerkfl.com and to our email and text-message program. Irie Jerk Restaurant is a Jamaican restaurant at 6472 Northwest 5th Way, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, phone (954) 664-7825.

Online orders

• Orders are for pickup at our Fort Lauderdale location during our posted hours. Catering orders require at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Prices shown online include a small processing offset and may differ from in-store prices. Florida sales tax is added at checkout.
• Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe. Promotional codes apply only as stated in the offer and cannot be combined unless we say so.
• If we cannot fulfil an order (for example an item sells out), we will contact you and refund in full. Refund requests for other reasons: call us at (954) 664-7825 the same day.
• Orders not collected within our opening hours on the pickup day are discarded for food-safety reasons and are non-refundable.

Email & SMS (text message) program

Program description. When you opt in at checkout, Irie Jerk Restaurant sends you promotional messages about menu specials, discounts, new dishes, holiday hours and events at our restaurant.

• Opting in. You join the text program by ticking the “Text me deals” box at checkout and providing your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency. Up to 4 text messages per month. Frequency may vary around holidays and special events.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for messages.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any text message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. To stop emails, click unsubscribe at the bottom of any email.
• Help. Reply HELP to any text, call (954) 664-7825, or email orders@iriejerkfl.com.
• Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and most major US carriers.
• Privacy. Your number and opt-in are used only for this program and are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
